Tato mapa paměti pochází z konference Cellular Phone Guild od člověka jménem Saras. Slouží pro případ, že se rozhodnete experimentovat s firmware Ericssonu - doporučujeme opatrnost a zříkáme se jakékoliv zodpovědnosti za vše, co si zničíte. Pokud tomu nerozumíte, tak se do toho nevrtejte, nebo nám nenadávejte.
Do paměti EEPROM se u Ericssona zapisuje pomocí speciálního software, která je na těchto stránkách. Zbytek textu je v angličtině kvůli možným nepřesnostem v překladu.
Pozor: Zvláštností telefonů ERICSSON je "penalizace" při pokusu o čtení (opravdu stačí pouze EERE!!) paměti v oblasti, kde je uloženo IMEI - v ten okamžik se celá paměť telefonu zaplní hodnotou EF(Hex), takže se z milého telefonu stane v okamžiku poněkud drahý kus nefunkční hmoty (dál "běží" pouze kalkulačka a hodiny, což jak jistě uznáte není mnoho). V takovém případě vám nezbývá, než navštívit autorizovaný servis, který má k dispozici flashovací zařízení, a doufat, že se přehrání firmware podaří.

1 GENERAL
This document describes the contents of the e2prom in Sofia-Jane 4/5 and the initial
state' of the e2prom.
2 E2PROM MAP
A 8192x8 e2prom is used. The address space is 0000 - 1 FFF. All data and addresses in the
list are hexadecimal values unless otherwise is stated. The number of bytes that each
variable demands is given in decimal notation.
Some of the variables in the e 2prom dosn't need a well defined initial state. In those
case the initial data is "-" to symbol don't care. Those variables that has
individual values due to calibration, eg some radio related variables, are marked with
"CAL" in the initial data column. For some variables are the initial data ROA
depending, in those cases the initial data are described in [1].
This list is sorted in address order, if you need to find the address for a certain
variable please use the address cross reference list in section 3.
