The Phone Monocle is the outcome and solution to our society's ever shrinking cell phone display.  The Phone Monocle fits most cell phones and home phones, it magnifies the screen up to 2 times and allows the user the freedom of not searching for reading glasses every time the person dials out or the phone rings. 

The Phone Monocle was recognized in the top 100 at the Invent Now America competition at Universal Studios Florida in March. That earned the device a mention in Popular Mechanics magazine, Invention and Innovation, Aired on Tech TV in May 2004, Discovery Channel in June 2004 , Voted on of the best innovations of 2003, 2004 for the aid in seniors and visually disabled.   Attention has also come from Good Morning America and other media. The Invention contest was sponsored by QVC, Popular Mechanics, USPO and Discovery Channel.
